Help us document human rights violations
You may report a human rights violation committed against yourself, another individual, a group, or a community to our human rights violations database via our human rights violations documentation repository below or by downloading, completing and emailing the PDF files provided below to humanrightsreports@afgj.org. You may also print and complete the forms for your own purposes (i.e. filing an official complaint or documenting factual information for a legal proceeding).
Reporting depository submissions will be reviewed and archived to the Lucy Parsons Popular Human Rights School’s open-source digital library database (coming soon). This documentation will be used to research, interpret, and aid in struggles for human rights in the United States through the publication of data analysis and Annual Human Rights Reports. Help us democratize information-sharing and build an independent infrastructure for documenting human rights violations in the United States.
