You may document a human rights violation committed against yourself, another individual, a group, or a community to our human rights violations database via our human rights violations documentation repository below or by downloading, completing and emailing the PDF files provided below to [email protected]. You may also print and complete the forms for your own purposes (i.e. filing an official complaint or documenting factual information for a legal proceeding).
Repository submissions will be reviewed and archived to the Lucy Parsons Popular Human Rights School’s human rights violations database. This database will be used to research, interpret, mobilize and aid in struggles for human rights in the United States.

Document an individual human rights violation
Individual human rights violations target specific individuals. These violations are often commissioned directly by other individuals, the state or state agents often as blatant acts of oppression or repression or as violations perpetrated with the state’s acquiescence.
Document a collective human rights violation
Collective human rights violations impact entire communities or populations as a result of widely impacting institutionalized oppression or repression. Sometimes directly commissioned by the state, these violations occur on a structural level that impacts many, often countless, individuals.
Document a call to action
Calls to action are mobilizations around individual or collective human rights violations.
